OH, KALE YEAH! 

We all know kale is good for you...but do you know just HOW good?!

1 CUP OF KALE PROVIDES MORE VITAMIN C THAN A WHOLE ORANGE 
Yep, It's true - this leafy green is actually one of the world's best sources of vitamin C...and you don't even have to peel it first! 

THE KALE PLANT GROWS FLOWERS
Although it's typically planted as an annual plant, kale is naturally a biennial plant that produces yellow four-petaled flowers known as siliques.

THAN A SMALL CARTON OF MILK

1 cup of raw kale has just 33 calories yet contains 684% of vitamin K, 134% of vitamin C, 206% of Vitamin A plus iron, folate, omega-3s, magnesium, calcium, iron, fiber, and 2 grams of protein.

OUR (NOT-SO-SECRET) RECIPE

Serving Size : Single - 20oz smoothie
1/2 cup of your choice of base liquid (almond milk preferred) 
1/3 of frozen banana
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple
1/2 cup of baby spinach
1/2 cup of chopped kale 
1/4 - 1/2 inch of fresh-peeled ginger

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
If using frozen fruit, you may need to add more base liquid until smoothie reaches desired consistency.

Vanilla Plant-Based Protein 
​Vanilla Extract
Honey (to taste) 
​Greek Yogurt
