OUR (NOT-SO-SECRET) RECIPE Serving Size : Single - 20oz smoothie 1/2 cup of your choice of base liquid (almond milk preferred) 1/3 of frozen banana 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple 1/2 cup of baby spinach 1/2 cup of chopped kale 1/4 - 1/2 inch of fresh-peeled ginger Instructions Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
